Service Break Down

Steps After Signing Up For Coaching Plan

Step 1: Let's Chat

You can have a short chat with the coach so that you can get to know about the program and the coach can find out more about your lifestyle, fitness details and available equipment.

Step 2: Review Your Workout Week

You will receive an invitation to the Everfit app. In the app are detailed workouts for 1 week. You can review these workouts so that you know what to expect. If you need to change workout dates, you can reschedule them yourself or you can let the coach know.

Step 3: Start Your Workout and Stay In Contact

Each exercise has a video and detailed instructions on how to do them. The coach will be able to see your workout progress. You will be able to add comments or ask questions whenever you need. The coach will give guidance ASAP.

Step 4: Tracking Results and Refining Plans

Every weekend, the coach will track results based on completed workouts and refine the next week's workout plan. The coach will check-in at least once a week to provide needed guidance and accountability.

Everfit app

You can become a member through the free fitness app Everfit (available on iOS and Android). Members can navigate through pre-made personalized workouts for each day.

Workout Plans

The workout plans include a variety of exercises as well as basic Muay Thai / Kickboxing techniques.

Supplemental Workouts

These workouts are included to facilitate Muay Thai movements and performance. There are six main fitness categories that this program will focus on. The main categories are as follows:

Program Features

- Exercise Examples: Each exercise has detailed instructions and short clips to show how they are properly performed. Some of the complex exercises also have YouTube links to videos made by other Muay Thai and fitness professionals saving you time from doing the research!

- Personalized Programs: The coach will schedule workouts for members; however, workout days can also be manually rescheduled by members to fit each member's schedule.

- Body and Exercise Metrics: The coach can help keep track of members' body and exercise metrics to promote progress tracking and accountability. Members are encouraged to provide certain body measurements e.g. weight, waist size, hip size, body fat, etc.

- Challenges: To add some fun to the program, the coach will assign challenges where members can compete with each other. For example: Fastest Speed Kicks Challenge, Longest Planks, The Best Combo Set, etc.

Why take this program?

- Health Improvements: This program focuses on fitness categories that facilitate overall health. It can serve as a tool for fat loss, balance improvement, increased range of motion, strength, and many other benefits.

- Accountability: The coach will personally keep track of the fitness progress made by members' hard work. Members can log their workouts into the Everfit app. Progress will be measured by fat loss, strength, balance, and performance.

- It's FUN!: You DO NOT need to become a fighter to reap the benefits of Muay Thai. It is a great fun way to improve your health!

- Learn the basics of Muay Thai / Kickboxing while saving money: Learning the fundamentals can be learned outside of Muay Thai gyms. This online program teaches the basic movements of Muay Thai at a cheaper rate. Personal Muay Thai coaching can be about $50 or more per session. Moreover, this program can serve as a great introduction to Muay Thai before joining a gym. In fact, I encourage members who are Muay Thai enthusiasts to join Muay Thai gyms after learning the basics. This way, you can test out and improve your skills sparring with gym mates.

Form

Basic moves such as strikes, footwork, and defense are the foundation of combat sports. Speed, strength, endurance, etc. will not be effective unless good form is established.

Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ)

Sound SAQ improves reaction time, coordination, and focus.

Endurance

Like other combat sports, Muay Thai is rigorous and requires a vast amount of endurance. Endurance can speed up metabolism and promote better sleep.

Strength / Power

Increased strength is great for knockout power for fighters; moreover, it's great for preventing injuries for everyone.

Balance and Stability

As unimportant as it may sound, good balance exercises also help improve reaction time and prevent injuries from falling

Core

Hip, abdominals, and obliques are where most of your striking power comes from. Good core muscles generate more power, increase balance, and can improve form.
